1. Provider and service

Payments cover access to hosted infrastructure, computing capacity, temporary storage and file delivery, accounted for in Impulses. A payment does not purchase ownership of software, intellectual-property rights or permission for commercial use of audio outputs. Service capacity, availability and the allowance displayed before a request apply.
2. Impulses, codes and payment
Impulses are an internal unit of processing allowance, not money or a transferable financial asset. One valid, unused code credits 72 Impulses to the eligible account. A code can be redeemed once; any account restriction and redemption deadline shown with that code apply. New accounts start at zero. Administrators may separately grant test allowances.
The total price, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are handled through Stripe. A purchase is a one-off purchase of the stated allowance, not a recurring subscription. Code delivery follows confirmation of payment. If payment succeeds but delivery fails, contact us with the transaction reference; do not purchase again solely to retry delivery.
Each started song-generation operation consumes 2 Impulses, including rendering a score or creating an audio cover. Each other processing operation consumes 1 Impulse, including artwork creation, transcription, planning and AI text assistance. A request involving several operations reserves their combined cost, displayed before submission. Started attempts may consume their allowance even if the requested result is not completed; confirmed unstarted operations are released. Uncertain usage is subject to review. These accounting rules do not limit remedies for a defective or undelivered service.
Browsing, local previews, local file conversion, library organisation and downloading existing files do not incur another processing charge. Impulses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash, without prejudice to any refund required by law. Up to three requests may be active per account; other disclosed capacity and abuse-prevention limits may apply.
3. Audio output: non-commercial use only
Audio outputs obtained through this service may be used only for non-commercial purposes. Do not sell or license these audio outputs for payment, monetise them, or use them in advertising, client work or other commercial projects. Paying for hosting, computing capacity or Impulses does not remove this restriction or grant commercial audio rights.
You retain the rights you already hold in your inputs. You permit the processing needed to perform your requests and must hold the rights and permissions required to submit, process and share your material. This service does not grant rights in other people’s recordings, compositions, lyrics, likenesses or personal information. Do not infringe rights, impersonate deceptively, submit unlawful material or access another person’s account.
4. Artwork and AI disclosure
Artwork created with Krea2 is identified as AI-generated in the interface. Original image downloads are processed to include machine-readable AI provenance metadata, including the IPTC DigitalSourceType value trainedAlgorithmicMedia. This describes the implemented marking; it is not a certification or a guarantee of complete AI Act compliance.
Retain AI provenance where practicable and provide disclosures required for your intended publication or use, including applicable AI Act transparency obligations. Editing, conversion and third-party platforms may alter or remove metadata. An AI tag does not establish copyright ownership or clear third-party rights.
5. Private storage and retention
Your library is assigned to your account. Files and creative content are available for 72 hours from creation. Expired files are inaccessible; physical cleanup runs when processing workers are active. Save files you wish to retain before expiry. Folders, moving a file or restoring it from Trash do not extend this period. This is temporary working storage, not an archival service. Removing a file does not restore spent Impulses.
Minimal payment, allowance, redemption and security records may be retained as necessary for service administration, legal obligations and abuse prevention. See the Privacy Notice.
6. Availability and account security
Results may contain errors, may not be unique and may not be eligible for copyright protection. We do not guarantee a particular creative outcome. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, technical failures, security or abuse. Keep account credentials and unused codes confidential. Restrictions affecting paid access remain subject to applicable statutory rights.
7. Complaints, withdrawal and refunds
For an undelivered code, incorrect allowance or service problem, contact us with your account email and transaction or request reference. We aim to respond within 14 days and meet any shorter mandatory deadline. Consumers retain applicable rights to withdraw, obtain conformity remedies and receive refunds. Merely accepting these terms, receiving a code or starting a request does not by itself constitute a blanket waiver of statutory rights. Where legally required for early performance, any express request, consent and acknowledgment must be collected separately.
8. Governing law and changes
Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence or access to a competent court. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be communicated where required. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing; marketing consent is separate and optional.
